Thanks for discovering the bug. I've replaced f8 by #roo.
I don't think there is presently a way for users to upload include files. I guess you can write your functions in the pregame field of your presets for debugging sake and send me include files when you're satisfied with them.

Some creations may interest no one except their creator, so I would suggest to keep the current format. For games which might attract some interest if given enough visibility, how about reviving Invent-and-Play between (or parallelly to) GC Tournaments?

My Chess on a Larger Board with not so few pieces dropped and Jacks and Witches also fall into the d category. Another game of mine, Dual Chess, introduces the Marshall and the Cardinal on an extra board. This could be viewed as delayed gating since there's no real incentive to go back to that board.

Yes it does, thanks to the unsetflag commands used in this file.

This experimental preset enforces the rules described by Jose Carrillo. In order to castle with a Bishop, you must only enter the Bishop move.

I corrected bruck-mschmahl-2008-52-144 and joejoyce-mschmahl-2008-52-143. The other recently added game already had 14 days of sparetime.

Dimension X. Chess on two planes - one with the usual chess pieces, the other with spooky trans-dimensional pieces with strange interactions. (2x(8x8), Cells: 128) [All Comments] [Add Comment or Rating]

Can a transdimensional piece move transdimensionally, say D6 to d6 or vice-versa, to an occupied square?

I also modified the time settings for adrian-mschmahl-2008-30-525.

Antoine Fourrière wrote on Fri, Feb 1, 2008 04:07 PM UTC:
I modified the time settings, but if it doesn't work, I won't be available before Monday (and before I'm getting my new Internet connection, so there's no guarantee).

No, it didn't work. I've now corrected the round file which presumably kept bringing back the wrong values after each move.

Antoine Fourrière wrote on Thu, Nov 15, 2007 11:44 AM UTC:
I pasted
$sparetime = '1209600';
$gracetime = '86400';
$extratime = '28800';
$bonusperiod = '86400';
$bonustime = '21600';
$pacefreq = '4';
$paceperiod = '604800';
in both logs.
Are they working now?

Did you mean Shatranj of Troy?
I deleted tchervenkov-jejujeju-2007-316-504.php and penswift-carlos-2007-316-529.php.

I deleted the two aforementioned games.
I also deleted the Glinski game between TT and AS because they already met at Anti-King Chess II.

So, do we play Avalanche Chess or Balanced Avalanche Chess? I would suggest the latter.

I have updated the win-loss-draw-active section.

You can also add extra pieces on superfluous squares, provided they add up to less than one line.
