I didn't express an opinion that chess is "flawed", only that I wanted to create a game without certain aspects of chess that I found frustrating. It has nothing to do with playing chess, poorly or otherwise. Since this game is not chess, I believe that I can have the pieces move any way I like without needing to make them resemble chess moves in any way. Criticising the game for these aspects is irrelevant and pointless.
