I got the same thing when I looked at it on my iPad, though it did show the whole image in Windows and Android. I checked Safari on Android in case it was an issue with Webkit, but it looked fine there. I then found the original image on my computer and loaded it into Ultimate Paint, and it had the same issue. This was surprising, since I assume I originally created it with Ultimate Paint. So, I loaded it into Paint.net, and it looked normal. I then saved it as a .png file and replaced the .gif image with it, and it now looks fine on my iPad.
