Musketeer Chess -- bug or working as designed[Subject Thread] [Add Response]

Fergus, I know Musketeer Chess is new.  I am about to resign a game.  I had a bird behind the knight at b9.  Aurelian, did B f4-d8 and capured my knight.  As a bonus the Bird at b9 was captured.  Is that working as designed?   In a nutshell, The bishop did a capture to 2 pieces in 1 move.

Yes, that is acording to the rules :)! You may also find the following in the preset :, but here: http://www.chessvariants.com/invention/musketeer-chess on this website search for the text : " However, if the White Queen is captured before making its first move ".

Also I think that rule makes a lot of sense by the rare process of eliminating every other option. The pure and simple what else would you do?
