Comments/Ratings for a Single Item

I rewrote addsubject.php to use the new login function. Since posting
subjects was already for CVP members only, I did not add the ability to
post them with an OpenID. But if we decide we want that ability, I can add
it later. The login function differs from the password check by skipping
the password check if you're already logged in and by logging you in if
your password checks out. I still have not rewritten the other pages so
that this makes much of a difference, but I need to test each page as I 
modify it.
