The idea of it is to play chess with out a board. The Chess pieces are represented by tiles that must, at all times, be connected to each other. (According to that page, it's a cross between Chess and Dominoes.) The Game allows up to six players to play. Is there a page for this game here? It certainly sounds like a crazy idea.
