In the Yugoslav Soccer Championship, draws led to overtime and penalties, but the penalties were shot before the overtime. Hence, the players knew whose interest it was to attack. Following that idea, how about a blitz with inverted colors giving half a point to the winner and a third of a point to the loser should the real game end in a draw?
