Due to some change in the website, my email address got deleted. I reinstated it last night. It should work now.

Yes, it works. See the new Chinese Chess preset I made for evidence of this. I edited the scans to make the background a uniform transparent green.

The size they appear in on this site is their largest size, which is around 40x40 to 50x50. If you need something larger, I could just use a Chess font with Ultimate Paint and make a few large pieces.
