question: what happen if the pawn is promoted and punch without changing the pawn with a queen? the opponent just say queen but changed only after punching the time will the pawn stays as a pawn or will it be changed to a queen? thanks

The first link to the "FIDE Handbook" on this page is "https://www.fide.com/fide/handbook.html", which does not work. It seems the correct link should be "https://handbook.fide.com/" (link given on their own homepage).

The later link to "Rules of Chess" works fine.
