I'm not sure that I understand the Bishop move from every cell (if I did I might uprate to excellent), but the principles seem sound. It would also make a good three-player game with some adjustment to the symmetry.

The bishop essentially follows the sides of the triangles the board is made of, staying on the same side of the line.
