Mats, it seems to me at least a few of your ideas revolve around the idea of making pawns more flexible and less able to block.

Regardless of its advantages Berolina Chess is very big step away from orthochess and is not likely to become popular. 'Reformed Chess' is a very small change with a big impact. There is also a greater chance of king attacks while it's easier for a pawn to break through. Time will tell how good it is. /Mats
