Monarch Hexagonal Chess
Keys "s"=save "l"=load "b"=back once
Proprietary hexagonal game by Jean de Poel, 1990. Getting the king to the center hex counts as two wins. Paladins move as kings, capture as knights in usual hex-chess. Pawns move and capture as kings. Queens (Marshalls) move up to 3 squares, capturing only on the third. Knights (Horsemen) move up to 2 squares, capturing only on the second.
These are simple illustrations rather than strong opponents.
