Cardinal Chess

The most commonly known form of Western chess in its current state of "evolution" is with rook-bishop compound (sometimes called "Mad Queen") and Betza's Almost Chess substitutes the rook-knight compound. The once popular Amazon Chess substitutes a piece that combines all three minor piece properties.

So why not try it with the knight-bishop compound?
