I have an open invitation to play this game and I wish someone would accept it as it seems to be one of the more original and interesting variants. George Duke and I have an ongoing game that we have only just begun. George, if you want to accept my invitation, we can play either the same game with both types of pieces, or we can start a new game too. Just an option. Or I can send you a new one if you want, should someone else accept it. Also, I've created presets with more logical pieces for some of the Turkish Great Chess variants we are playing. I can send you copies if you are interested. There is of course a function to allow alternate piece sets for each variant in Game Courier, but I don't know how to implement that function yet. Meanwhile, I think I'll create and post a different set of presets for some games that already have presets, including Greg Strong's polymorph chess. I would upload them to the same page, but in some cases, I can't get into the page and I don't know how to use ftp yet. lol. I'm sure Greg Strong himself can help me with that though some day.
