CVs with the placement phase, and CVs with the combined placement and movement phase may open up a whole new Cluster of hundreds.  (They will still be just one cluster along with already formed PreChess and Big Board etc. There are no running or ability to hide from that.)  The more so, as you get started, do not forget that Betza already broke the new ground, or anti-ground.  
Anti-Prechess does have combined movement and placement for a phase.  This was pretty early over 10 years ago in the year of our Board 2000.
