I copied the log to your game, changed the userids to some of my own, and made the same move you are trying to make without any problem. The one discrepency I see in the error message you are reporting is that it identifies the turn as 2 instead of 1. I don't know why it would say that, since this is the first turn of the game. I tried it again to see if there was any way of manually changing the turn number, and I didn't find any way to do that.
