Thanks H.G., I moved my Advancer as indicated and check was now announced by the Applet generated preset for Butterfly Chess in my game vs. Joe Joyce.

If there was a post on 13 May saying in effect that the preset would now work as I hoped (i.e. announce check by the Advancer move), I somehow missed such a post.
