So probably it’s not a plagiarism, because I’ve not seen standard chess with faceoff rule.

I think it can be assumed by default that this rule can be separately applicable to standard chess or any other chess-game type.

Yeah, it's borrowed from Synochess and Empire, but in general, from Xiangqi.

It is almost the same rule like Eurasian. The difference is that kings may cross the board center.

is that rule inspired by xiangqi?
